With five locations throughout Rockville, MD, our state-of-the-art laboratories and animal facilities empower our teams and clients to tackle some of the most challenging scientific questions in infectious disease, oncology, and immunology.
Comprehensive Animal Housing Capacity
BIOQUAL’s expansive housing capacity enables us to support a wide range of preclinical studies:
Non-Human Primates (NHPs): Capacity for over 2,400 NHPs
Mice: Housing for more than 8,000 mice
Ferrets: Space for over 800 ferrets
We are also AAALAC-accredited, demonstrating our dedication to humane and compliant animal care, which prioritizes the welfare of every model and establishes a reliable foundation for producing high-quality research data.
